Access Plans USA, Inc. provides health insurance brokerage and non-insurance health care discount programs to individuals and families. It offers third party claims administration, network management, and utilization management services to employers and groups that choose to utilize partially self funded strategies to finance their benefit programs. The company was formerly known as Precis, Inc. and changed its name to Access Plans USA, Inc. in January 2007.
