The partners of Lytham Partners collectively have in excess of 40 years of direct investor relations experience. Over that time, we have come to understand that there is more to the role of investor relations than simply introducing the right company to the right investor. From peer group research to development of impactful messaging to quarterly financial event preparation to directly interfacing with “the Street” for the benefit of the company and many other duties, Lytham Partners plays an expanding role in advising management. That is why our role as Institutional Investor Counsel provides substantial value-add to our client companies. We become an extension of the management team.
In our role as your Institutional Investor Counsel, it is our job to provide you with our experience and expertise in all manners of correspondence with the investment community.
